Engagement Rationale: We served as the strategic advisor for a U.S. publically listed manufacturer and marketer of medical devices for cardiac, vascular, and general surgeries. The Client has a long track record of successes in U.S. and European markets with a broad range of FDA- and CE Mark-approved products, but has not entered the China market.
